Our team created an interactive, media-rich curriculum that provided a cognitive apprenticeship of real-world skills needed both generally and to provide more specialized services. We provided leadership training to elevate advisors to the role of a family CFO through learning, practice, and performance support using web-based training, a digital action planner, and other support tools.
