Knowing that our courses would have a significant impact on patients by supporting the mission of this pharmaceutical company, the AllenComm team designed a solution to elevate performance and support safety and quality assurance initiatives. Our team developed web-based training modules designed with rich media and video to engage learners, plus refresher courses to reinforce learning through skills practice. We included simulations of real-world experiences to encourage implementation of best practices and tools, and learn the steps of complex processes used in nuanced situations. Ultimately, we were able to provide a transformative experience using digital tools that took the place of in-person seminars.
