Nestlé Measures the Learner Experience

Nestlé won two Brandon Hall HCM Excellence Awards for their cross-functional sales curriculum. A key area of innovation was to provide learners with iterative feedback on their learning journeys. To do this, Nestlé implemented an assessment strategy to build their product and market IQ. Ultimately, their approach demonstrated that the new learning journeys were successful in developing this IQ beyond the target scores established. They were also able to correlate this increase with their business goal of outpacing market growth.
